Bermuda triangle is a place present between Bermuda, Miami and Puerto Rico which forms a triangular shape in the Atlantic ocean. This is one of the unsolved mysteries in the world where whenever a ship or a plane passed near by or over it, it did not return. Where did the ship go and what happened to the passengers riding in it could never be a clue. Even the derbies of those ships could not be found. In last 100 years, more than thousands of planes and ships have been mysterious disappeared.
In 1881, the American ship, Ellen Austin was going to London from New York. To the east of the bermuda triangle, they found a lost boat. In order to take that boat with them, some crew members rode in it. But in the middle of the journey, both the ships got separated from each other and when the boat was found, all the crew members disappeared.
One such incident is that of Flight 19. On 5th December 1945, fourteen members of American Navy with their five fighter planes went for a routine training exercise from Florida. Within 90 minutes of take off, Lieutenant Charles Taylor alerted the control tower that there is something wrong. All the three compass have stopped working and the sea was also looking odd from the normal and he also concluded that they can see a tunnel of clouds. After that, the contact broke and the five planes were never seen after that.
On the evening of the same day, a search plane was sent to that area in which 13 crew members were boarded but after 27 minutes of take off, the plane also lost its contact and it disappeared forever. Every year, 4 to 5 ships disappear in this mysterious way here.
But now, scientists have solved this mystery. According to the researchers and scientists, this place is effected by the natural magnetic anomalies because of which the magnetic compass shows default reading and people wander there way.
This also creates a type of fog that is also called as electric fog which sticks to the planes and ships. According to them, the fog moves along with the plane rather than the plane moving with the fog.
According to the researchers of the Colorado State University, at the speed of 273km per hour, a cyclonic storm of micro burst particles is transformed into a hexagonal cloud which is also called as Air Bomb and when this hexagonal air bomb explodes and collides with the ocean, then a lot of water waves rise in the ocean and the planes and ships present there are dragged towards the Air Bomb.
Scientists gave two reasons behind the disappearance of the derbies and wreckage one of which is the Gulf Stream which enters the Atlantic ocean like a river whose rapid drift takes the submerged ships along with it and the second reason is the largest Trench of the Atlantic ocean i.e. the Puerto Rico Trench which comes within the Bermuda Triangle. There is a huge water hole present there.
The depth of this hole in between this ocean is about 28,373 feet. That is, if a ship crumbles down and falls in this hole, then it will reach so deep that it can never be found. THUS, THE MYSTERY BEHIND THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE WAS SOLVED.
